Love Yoga Shala is a school where one may celebrate the love of themselves, all of creation and the Supreme Self through the Holy Science of Yoga. Although yoga may appear to be a physical exercise, the poses were developed to assist in meditation and the achievement of the goal of yoga, Self Realization. Our classes incorporate poses, breathing techniques, mediation and relaxation in order to cultivate rich inner peace.

This is a six week program beginning Thursday, November 6 at 9:30 am!
This class will be great for people new to yoga and appeals to all ages (even seniors!). If you or someone you know has always wanted to try yoga but has been intimidated by the postures, this is the perfect class. Students will be guided through gentle movements that will help loosen the body in a slow comfortable way. The class will end with a guided relaxation, which will help one achieve a calm mind.
